The bathroom was not clean when I arrived. There was filth on the toilet seat, filth inside of the toilet door, filth on the taps, filth in the tub. The shower pressure is extremely slow. There was no bodywash.There was unflushed toilet paper in the toilet. The toilet did not flush anything properly. I told the staff member and they went to fix it when I went out. I came back and it was the same. After several flushes it still did not go down properly. There was dirt on the towels. I also found it awkward that the words laguna hotel was written on the towels with what looked like a permanent marker! This place is cheap and dirty and very outdated. I do not recommend this place at all. Do not waste your money.

This is our second time we have stayed with you the first time was really nice. This time we stayed we stayed in the annex copper beach. It was very dusty all around the edges of the carpet also ripped The toilet was way to small for me as bigger person and having a disabled. you need to provide some entertainment for guests maybe just abit of soft music in the background and someone to come in and sing we will not be coming back
