We requested a change of the dates by one day. The original room was not available, so we chose and available room that could accomodate two adults in separate beds. We recieved a room with only one full size bed. Room was only 152 sq ft. Bathroom had no door just a curtain for privacy. We asked to change rooms and were informed that there were no other rooms available. Obe adult had to sleep on the floor. Unacceptable. Then there was no breakfast or coffee available in the morning. We wont ever be back!

When they say it is small - you might not realise how SMALL it is. I am 5'4 and I couldn't stay there comfortably, not even mentioning my husband. + 0, I mean 0 sound proof both from the outside and from the hall, noisy 24/7

They were having issues finding reservations made from 3rd parties which as a hotel employee in the past I'm aware of being an issue but then they tried telling me the room I reserved and paid for 2 months ago was different from the actual room it was even when showing them my receipt and booking from the Expedia app itself, they didn't know what I was talking about when asking about "V.i.P perks", they said nothing about a refrigerator not being in the room and the room was not at all what was expected nor did I feel like it was worth the money spent with parking being separate and valet only unless you find different parking elsewhere to pay for, no breakfast, nothing like what even the cheaper hotels offer that is included. Very disappointed for it's ratings as one of the better hotels.. the view was of the back alley and a rooftop dining for the restaurant next door which had front row seat view directly into the bathroom window, the only window/ form of actual light in the room...

Allowed us to check-in at Noon which was great since we were on foot with luggage from the South Station. Class all the way. Beautifully laid out rooms for a smaller square footage. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Bathroom privacy was assured with a pull across bathroom curtain and thick glass shower and toilet room doors. The view of the street was awesome from the 5th floor. Helped me with computer/printer needs. Very diversity supportive.

Good stay, shame check in was poor

Check in problems were a result supposedly of hotel.com (expedia) not releasing payment. Yotel had no record of our booking. Then when it was found we were asked to cancel booking with hotel.com and book direct! Which we refused. Took 45 mins to sort and after 12 hours travelling not what you need. Location of hotel in seaport is great but Boston is real easy to get around anyways. Easy to get to cruise terminal and airport on the silver line which is next door to hotel.
