There needs to be better signage for the self parking, non-valet parking. There needs to be more staff members are reception for faster check in and check out. Other than that, all was well!

Room and cleanliness were great. We enjoyed the onsight restaurants and bar. The comedy club was okay for comedy but great for an easy Saturday night activity. Room service was not great. We ordered for us to pick up at the concierge on Sunday night. They said they would call when it was ready but after an hour still no call. When I called again they said it was ready. Went down to get food and it was at the concierge desk but no one there to confirm it was mine and give it to me. Guy at desk, helped 3 people, even ones that came after me before telling me to just get my food. It was a wholly unsatisfactory experience, especially because we were looking forward to a relaxing night eating and watching a movie.

Overall the property was nice, but the rooms were a bit outdated considering the expense. The shower heads were a little undesirable. We arrived and an event was happening, so the only parking option was the more expensive vallet option. Food choices were great for dinner and breakfast! Staff was very friendly!

Hotel is very nice. Breakfast buffet was so so Faucet leaked in bathroom, room would not get cold and I was forced to valet my car versus park in garage which was full since they have events here. I think it’s messed up to charge paying guests who stay valet over guests who are visiting for an event

Total disappointment. We stay in alot of nice hotels and we stayed here for convenience for an event at the convention center which is attached to the hotel. The room wasn't clean at all! Dirty bathroom and mirror in bedroom was filthy. Floor still had popcorn on the rug. Rugs and furniture were so worn and outdated. Restaurant was awful. It took 15 minutes for a manager to come to the table to address my food allergies. In the meantime, they put my husband's order in and it came out while the manager hadnt even taken my order yet! He ate alone while i waited for mine 25 minutes later. Totally unacceptable. His hamburger was frozen and he took 3 bites. Breakfast was awful at Sauciety. Food tasted and smelled of old grease. Again took 3 people to finally figure out if their oatmeal was gluten free. One gave me the incorrect answer. By far the worst hotel experience we've ever had.
