The Verb was truly excellent!!!

The Verb was the best concept hotel I've ever experience from the décor and the record player in the room. The total vibe was music and it was excellent. I'd stay here every time. Also, the pool was nice and warm and they provided swim trunks!

This is such a fun place to stay. It’s not just a hotel, it’s an experience! I truly felt like a rock star during my stay. I’m recommending this property to everyone I know and looking for a reason to visit Boston again very soon. (The only change I would make is to tone down the scent used throughout the hotel. It’s a little strong.)
King bed with a 1960’s vibe. Kitschy but not tacky.
Mini Marshall amp (speaker), turntable with 4 random albums to play (I had Bad Company, CCR, Foreigner, Janis Joplin and Deep Pirple). My room key was a backstage pass.
Attention to every detail. The vanity chair was a drum stool.

It's such a cool vibe. The people staying there were cool. Staff was all super cool. It's just groovy! Free water, coffee and iced coffee was a great amenity. The records and record player just added to it's cool points.

Excellent experience at The Verb Hotel! The staff were exceptionally friendly and the room was exceptionally clean! My standards for customer service and room cleanliness are very high and I can easily say this was the cleanest room I've ever stayed in. The decor was fun, interesting, and tastefully done. The heated outdoor pool was wonderful for a chilly April morning dip! The valet service was very easy, stress-free, and friendly. The location was incredibly accessible to Fenway (could see the park from my bed). This is in a safe location, even walking around at night. Can't wait to go back!

Located right behind Fenway Park, this is a fun, roadside- style hotel that has been redecorated with good taste, providing a fun, rock-and-roll theme, with classic rock music playing throughout the hotel. The staff is friendly, professional and efficient. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable. While we didn't have time to enjoy the pool, plenty of folks did, and it is heated as advertised, as folks were enjoying the pool in mid-April, in the evening with an outdoor temp of 50 degrees or so. The breakfast provided was pretty standard - plenty of carb options, limited protein options. Would absolutely stay here again. Be prepared to pay for overnight parking, as residential street parking in the surrounding area is very difficult, and the overnight parking fee is a bit high.

Fantastic theme and vibe

We stayed here for the weekend when we were visiting colleges and going to a Red Sox game. It literally bumps up to Fenway and we could hear the game like we were in the stadium. Very cool theme it was like being in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. There were record players in our room and we could borrow records from The lobby. Also breakfast was included and had a cool acoustic artist playing while we ate. Highly recommend, super fun!

This hotel is excellent on many levels. The unique decor, the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms is above reproach. I would highly recommend a stay here. The only thing to improve on I feel is the breakfast bar. It was a little too small an area where the food was being served.
