Room was tiny. We never were asked about an upgrade. The wine that we pre-ordered AND paid for was not given to us at check-in. We had to call to even get it to our room and even then it was delivered without a corkscrew. Considering we paid over $300 for this room, we were considerably underwhelmed.

We appreciate the hotel and its amenities, as we enjoy the outdoors. The waterfronts, the shopping center across the street, and the restaurants offer great convenience. Furthermore, the train station is conveniently located nearby.

Hotel is in very nice location, clean room and comfortable beds, Naima in check out was great, very professional and kind, when we check in the guy was not friendly at all, we arrived earlier and he suggested with his loud voice to leave our bags and come back at 4pm, which we did, but the way how he was dealing with the customers wasn’t the best customer service experience, when Naima at 3:30am check out was so kind and nice. In overall it’s good place we will stay again

Loved the room, the staff and the restaurant (Art-Bar for breakfast). The parking garage was the tightest I've ever been in. Don't recommend for larger, especially longer vehicles.
