The room condition and daily cleaning was great. The bed very comfortable. Found the restaurant employees unfriendly and ill equipped to even have coffee available. That also applies to their Starbucks station, very inefficient. Enjoyed the concierge and his dining suggestions. Most front desk people were nice.
