A very nice property, although the woman at the front desk almost didn’t let me check in because I was using a prepaid card for incidentals. I’m not sure if this is a Real policy or if she was just having a bad day. Otherwise, hotel was fine.

The hallways smelt like weed and then sometimes like a sewer. They staff is doing their best but its understaffed and you.can hear everything going on. Pros Close to shopping and food. Some places you can walk to. I felt safe The rooms were comfortable.

The front desk person when we checked in was nice and helpful. I was at the hotel for seven days and my room never was cleaned and when we requested for a cleaning, the person at the front desk replied that they had a scheduled cleaning and for that reason it couldn’t be done in a little bit bad attitude. We asked for clean towels and the person who provided hesitate a little bit ( I don’t know why). But the front desk when we checked out was very nice.

Everything was great but snack packs. I paid for 8 days snack packs but we got only 5. I had to follow up every single day and ask receptionist for it and it was available only one single person. We stayed two individuals and we had to share one bottle of water, one bottle of orange juice and every other items in it. If it is so, why I had been charged for 2 adults to have a snack pack!

Great location....

As soon as we checked it met with Hellen she was friendly, professional and gave amazing advice. Beds were comfy and good. My sister and I went for the weekend and a concert at TD garden and it was better than fowntown Boston. Tv a bit small but never used it. Location was superb every kind of restaurants you need and close to shopping centers and only 17 mins from Boston. Will stay here again when visiting boston.
