Checking in was perfect and very friendly, after two nights shift work in hospital, I asked a late checkout and willing to pay late check out fee $40, just asked for one more hour stay to get enough sleep for next night shift work, the front desk lady told me exactly no exception for only one more hour stay even I already agree to pay extra $40. The way she talked to me like a cold rude robot, definitely she is not the person who fit for hotel service.

The property was very dirty, the mattresses are heavily stained and uncleaned there was a dead bed bug and the overall room was dirty there was crumbs on the mattress itself that was left over.
