We only stayed one night, to be close to airport for return flight home, requested a harbor view, it did not disappoint, seeing the sunrise over the water is amazing. We recieved tokens for a clam chowder on check in, the room was clean and the soaps in bathroom smell amazing.

The property was OK, but maintenance was being conducted in the middle of the night on the 9th floor with no guest warning. It is an airport hotel in Boston and who would think that the bar would not open until 4PM? The restaurant choices were somewhat limited, and the cost of Boston with all its taxes and fees make any stay in the area feel extraordinarily expensive. The checkin-out process was fine as was the staff. The rooms were OK, but the bathroom shower tile grout was cracked at a corner perhaps a little more so than normal and likely allowed water to infiltrate. There was a toilet paper holder barely hanging on the wall that was not in use, so its purpose was unknown as to what it was there.
