I had a two-night reservation at this hotel, but due to a canceled flight, I was only able to stay for one night. As soon as I learned of the cancellation, I called the hotel directly to ask if my reservation could be adjusted. The staff member I spoke with assured me it would be handled upon my arrival the next day. When I arrived, I discovered that my entire two-night reservation had been canceled, and I had to start over and rebook for one night. At check-in, I specifically asked the front desk agent if I would only be charged for one night, and she confirmed that I would. After my stay, I noticed two separate charges on my credit card. When I reached out for clarification, I was told there was nothing that could be done. I then opened a customer service case and was told I’d hear back within 48 hours—yet I never received a response. I called the hotel again and was told the manager, Edgar, would return my call, but I still haven’t heard back. I travel frequently and had planned to remain a loyal IHG guest. However, this experience has been extremely disappointing. Over a $180 charge, you are losing a customer who would have likely spent thousands at IHG properties over time. The lack of follow-up and accountability is unacceptable.

the front desk seemed new/inexperienced with hospitality. we booked the hotel for our anniversary trip and while don't expect 5 star treatment, other hotels have been more accomodating. I asked about breakfast options and if could provide a discount. they said couldn't, even though later I saw there was a promo for $4 off that was posted. just seemed like not familiar with questions i asked and not willing to look into it for me. Ive spent years in customer service and this was quite subpar, to say the least, at least the front desk working the night of 8/16.

Hard Times Here

Going to be honest here: - We got a decent sleep so if that is what you need it will be ok. BUT: - There is no bar tender to there is no bar - The alarm went off at 6am... that sucked - There is no airport shuttle - They want $30 to park... but no shuttle... really? - The soap pump would not work in the shower - There was a burn on the bathroom floor - The was only a half a roll of toliet paper - The shower handle required a signifianct amount of energy needed to turn on the shower water - AC unit was load and had a buzz to it I could go on but this is a 2 star hotel at best. Its falling on hard times.
