Spotless for cleanliness and such a pleasant front desk staff. Handy to airport with their shuttle. Would stay there again.

It is clean and safe. The only downside is food. The food is not very good and is not worth the money. Fortunately, there is one Starbucks that sells sandwiches. Sadly, Starbucks is the only option within a seeable distance

The property is always convenient. The room I was in was accesible - I found tub shower arrangement to be unsafe - tub was very slippery and I almost fell due to that. The surface of the tub should be corrected to make it no slip.

Loved the staff! There was a family traveling that looked like they were moving across the country. They had 10 boxes of stuff with them. The staff helped put those all boxes in the business center so it could be kept safe! This hotel has the best selection of food in their sundry store that I’ve even seen in any hotel. We flew in at 1:00 am and was hungry but nothing was open. Thinking we would have to wait until morning to find food, we were surprised to find an awesome selection of food items to buy! It was like being at a mini grocery store. What a fabulous place! We will be stay again and again wherever we’re in Boston.

I liked the comfy bed, the convenient transportation to the subway train and airport, and the air conditioning. Also, the staff tried to be helpful even with issues like the lack of a desktop computer to search one's email. What I did not like were the extraordinarily high room rates, especially when they removed the computer desktop for searching email, etc.
