It was dirty and they didn’t clean the garbage before hand from our room and when we asked about it they never cleaned it on our whole stay! The knob in the shower was broken and the machines in the gym did not work as well.

The bed comfort was good but the staff was not cooperative and was taking too much time at reception for check-in and check-out there was a mouse in my room and I complained about it but they didn't take any action. some staff are good but some are just killing time there

One cushion was missing from the couch. There was a desk and no chair. Closet walls had holes where shelves used to be.

It’s almost laughable how horribly this hotel is maintained and managed. Here are just some of the things we disliked from our experience. - Booked two rooms and were only given one. - Someone else was also allocated the same room as us and opened the door on us. - Room smelled like weed. - Bathroom door did not lock or even shut fully. - Wooden floor and carpet were weirdly sticky. - No kitchen supplies. Not one spoon or cup! The hotel has the audacity to advertise their great, well-stocked kitchens that “feel like home.” Couldn’t be farther from the truth. - TV remote didn’t work; hotel management was lazy and did not even bother helping after being asked multiple times. - Lamps were broken. - No “do not disturb” sign; cleaning staff would walk into our room randomly. - No breakfast provided!!! “Breakfast” was just a small cabinet counter with a coffee machine and cold, packaged muffins. - Overall the room was poorly kept. Stained walls and musty furniture. I’m thoroughly disappointed and curious to know if the hotel is even trying to improve after so many countless bad reviews.

I didn't realize that I had high expectations for dirt cheap hotels. There was trash in the hallway and trash by the rear entrance - Trash, not litter: a full trash bag that had ripped open. There was bare electrical wiring coming out from under the AC in the room. The stovetop was a rusty mess. The vending machine was broken; the staff member that I mentioned this to didn't care. This morning, I drove around front to check out and the public entrance to the lobby was locked.
