This was the worse ESA Ive stayed in. Out dated and filthy room. The dark hallways were filthy and littered with garbage. This place makes Motel 6 look like the Ritz

Extremely dirty environment, with an unpleasant odor throughout the halls and lobby. The rooms were unkempt and grimy, with strange hairs, dust, and dirt on every surface practically, including the bathroom. There was a large, odd, brown stain, in the crumb-filled pull-out couch, and a shower curtain littered with pink mold. If I hadn't been on a budget or had my own Lysol wipes, I would have spun on my heels. Upon check in, other guests and I were waiting for a receptionist for a while, however when we did get to check in with someone, it was easy and confidential. The staff themselves were polite and helpful, and the area is safe; I just cannot get past how run down and gross the place itself was.

When I got there, someone else was trying to check into his room. They told him they had overbooked and did not have a room for him. So, when I tried to check in, they told me the same thing. I don't think I will use Orbitz anymore to book hotel rooms.

The room was dirty and nothing like the “apartment-style” they advertised — not even a disposable cup. We requested a coffee maker and waited three days, but it never came. Breakfast is just two thermoses of coffee and a few muffins that run out in minutes — very misleading. It seems that some long-term residents are living in the building, and the smell of food being cooked in the rooms often spread through the hallways, creating an unpleasant and uncomfortable atmosphere. Overall, the environment didn’t feel very safe. For the price, this place is absolutely not worth it. I would not recommend it.

The check took almost an hour and I was only the 5th person in line. It was well pass the check in time. Rooms were not ready. The room was clean but very outdated and in poor condition. The area was great and safe. Staff was friendly but overwhelmed and not good at communicating.

Breakfast is a joke. Does not even qualify as a snack. Check in was a nightmare; delays due to incompetence and broken equipment. The place is under renovation, so it is dusty, dirty and almost unsafe. The vending machine did not release my product, and the front desk would not take responsibility. Overall... never to stay there again!!!

The room look like it had not been cleaned. It smells like mildew the hallway smell like mildew my son and I were so upset that we left and as you can see, we checked into Embassy suites to find a better room so I am please asking for a refund for I did not spend like only 10 minutes, maybe 20 in that room and then I left. I do not recommend anyone to stay here. It’s not somewhere you wanna stay

The property was dirty. We didn’t have clean sheets in our room nor had the room been cleaned before we got there. They never came to clean our room the 4 days we were there. We didn’t even have a shower curtain in the room. We have to get our own clean linens for the beds and change them. They made us go get them ourselves from the front desk. The halls were full of large fans and trash everywhere. We tried to get issues addressed, but we gave up.
