Refrigerator and freezer both not working, i have to use my own cooler and bought ice from Walmart to keep my food and milk Room floor stinky Ac smells weird Bed sheets are look like used, thanks i bring my one Blankets are dusty Only one elevator worked Icemaker is not functioning Only one elevator work Only one washer is working with line up I paid 5 star chatges but get bellow then 1 star I smell lot of smoke and dirty everywhere I heard half of the property given to government funded people this property i am expecting expedia to do surprise look upand discolifaied from the listing

We booked a 2 queen bed room and the property did not have a 2 queen bed room when we tried to check in at 12am after a long journey. The front desk was not helpful at all and when I said we never got a call about the availability he said I start my shift at 11pm

WORST NIGHT EVER

We booked this stay so that we didn’t have to drive all the way home after a concert at Gillette Stadium, we live in ME so this hotel was on the way home. We were running late and didn’t have a chance to check in the before, and I sent a message to the hotel alerting them of this. We get to the hotel and all of a sudden there’s no rooms. Did not get a call about this, nothing. So here we are, exhausted, and being kicked out of the hotel I reserved for the night. Terrible service, terrible employees, I will never ever stay with this hotel chain again

We reserved a room with 2 queen beds to stay one night after a family reunion. When we showed up at 10pm, they told us they only had one room with one bed. They acknowledged that our reservation was for 2 queen beds but oh well! The only way they could help was by offering us another room that also had one bed that we had to pay for. So we had to pay for an additional room. We had packed on 1 suitcase but we’re now on 2 different floors. One of our rooms had no toilet paper and when we tried to call about it, the phone had no cord connecting to anything. Sheets were awful as well. Worst experience.

This was the worst hotel I have ever set foot in. It was falling apart and absolutely filthy. The halls stank so badly that I wanted to hold my breath.

Unclean and unhealthy location

The hotel was filthy. The bathroom was in terrible disrepair. The room smelled of mold and stale cigarette smoke. The carpet in the hallway looked like it hadn't been cleaned or even vacuumed in a very long time. We had to stay one night because of a very late arrival. I woke up in the morning with a headache from the moldy/smoke smell. Checked out first thing in the morning. We were supposed to stay 3 nights.

This property is very out dated the pots and pans we used where dirty we borrowed the toaster and dont know when it was last cleaned we left 2 days early and they are saying we own them money and didn't give us a refund still fighting this
