True review.

Room floor was not clean when we came in. Clean service came only one time through 17 days stay. Acces cards stopped working whenever they felt like. Amenities were loudly . Breakfast was promised but they inlcude only coffee ,water ,tea and chocolate.Overall staff was nice ,and reapondive.

I chose this hotel because I had great experiences in the past. Reception was swift, but not private. She announced my room number when she gave me my key. Windows in room were open and easily accessible to anyone outside; hair was found in the bathtub (I always clean any room I stay in because it is never really clean); paint in shower appeared to be melting and falling off the wall. My room smelled like smoke, so I sprayed lavender and it went away. The tv didn't work. When I asked reception, she told me that I needed to fix it or wait until the morning. To add insult to injury, the people in the next room were playing their tv really loud and their kids kept screaming and fighting. Needless to say, this will be the last time I choose this hotel.
