Overall the hotel is fine. The managers reception doesn’t offer a coupon for a drink, just free sodas. First time at an Embassy Suites for that. The beds need a SERIOUS upgrade. Old, squeaky, c’mon Hilton, you can do better! Lastly, the breakfast buffet seemed a bit sparse compared to other Embassy Suites. No pancakes? Staff was nice, property is located in convenient spot to Boston. Close to Riverside T station if you want to ride into the city. Costco is right next door if you need some basic food and drinks.

The cleaning staff , did not take my trash out on one of the days, another day they took my bed sheet and did not replace it. Another day they didnt leave enough towels. And another day they didn't make the bed but cleaned the rest of the room. When i tried to explain to the front desk what was goin on he was rudely rushing me to get to the point when there was more than one point/incident. Other than that i thought it was a nice hotel and good location. I think they need a better cleaning staff. Its almost as if they were playing a joke or something. I don't know if it was the same cleaning person cleaning the room everyday, if so than maybe there was something going on with that person, i don't know..

Everything was great except for the elevator. They had three elevators, which were all incredibly slow. It took 10 minutes for the elevators to arrive. It was really slow and all the guests noticed it. We were taking bets on how long they would take as we waited.
