El hotel limpio y bonito , a la par de la estación del tren ( súper conveniente para viajar en tren al centro de Venecia ) El Desayuno estuvo bueno ( no sorprendente ) pero bueno

The hotel is unique it is a 15 century mansion so amazing . That being said if you do not have a room with a canal view your room is dark ( if that bothers you) they changed my room for more Money but that was fine New room perfect I think some maintenance could be done spots on carpet and some grout improvement But overall lovely Bed linens and bed very comfy and lovely Super clean Staff ( especially Ricardo) so helpful and made sure our stay was perfect Restaurant and breakfast very good !Location absolutely perfect ! Close to everything but not in a crowded part of town also on the grand canal was beautiful Overall a wonderful stay .

Very good hotel.

The location of our hotel was absolutely perfect. We felt like it was a quick walk to everything we wanted to see. The hotel was charming and felt very characteristic of what we thought staying in Venice would look like. We would highly suggest this hotel and the restaurant next-door. Loved that there was a gondola station out front and that it was steps to the Rialto Bridge. The staff was very friendly and helpful!! 5 out of 5!!!

Watching sunset at the lawn was super cool

Its a very old building but well maintained. The bathroom was tiny even for European standards. A bit concerning was the dark stain coming down from ceiling along wall, but it is Venice and things are wet. Staff was excellent, the breakfast, too.

Room and the staff mostly from desk

Amazing stay! Staff were helpful and informative. Room was great and the bathroom was up to date. Only complaint was the canal outside the window could get loud pretty early in the morning (not the fault of the hotel at all, I would just bring ear plugs (but they provided some!)) Would definitely stay again!
