The lobby is beautiful and I really appreciated the complimentary drinks and snacks in the lobby. The room was spacious and clean.

Friendly staff, very clean and very quiet. In a very nice area on the outskirts of the city but only a 15 min tram ride from the centre

The lobby was “tired”. Rug just inside entrance was thread bare. Other floor covering soiled and in need of cleaning. Breakfast staff were more interested in personal interaction amongst themselves than serving the clientele.when departing I called for a bellman and waited on hold for more than 10 minutes when I hung up and transported my on luggage. Overall a great disappointment in my stay.

Rooms were clean but spartan. Tiny shower with no wand makes washing a challenge. Reminded me of a room at uni... very basic. Room was a bit tired, stained carpet, non-functioning window blind, cracks in plaster. Also can be loud from street noise at night. Staff was always friendly and helpful. A refresh of the rooms would make this a 5 star experience. As it is, it's just okay. Very close to the train station.
