Great location. Lady at check in was very nice. Hotel is well located with shopping, restaurants, and bars close by and easy to walk to. The rooms are small but we were aware of that before booking. For just 2 of us, it was fine. We would stay here again

This is a very small hotel with small rooms, specially for families of 4. Even though, they had a room for 4 people, a very cozy small room.

A wonderful experience throughout our stay, staff were very warm & friendly & our dog was spoilt rotten with treats and a toy waiting in the room for her! A lovely room and very comfortable bed. Great coffee machine in the foyer & wonderful location in the centre of Bordeaux

Good location for walking and exploring the city centre. Close to good restaurants and shops. Room was stuffy; little or no air circulation. Hotel policy had set the heat/cool/fan to OFF. No need for heat or air conditioning but because there was no control of fan, there was little or no air circulating. Therefore stuffy. No solid good nights sleep for five nights. Very noisy with window open; talking, yelling and singing from people in restaurants outside until 1 or 2 in the morning. Delivery trucks, garbage trucks and street cleaning trucks starting at 4 in the morning. Less noise but still noisy even with the window closed. Soap dispensers not functioning; used our own bar of soap. Coffee in the lobby was great.

My overnight stay at Happy Culture

The hotel is right in the middle of the city centre so it is a great location. Everything was modern in the room and bathroom. What made it for me was the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to assist.
