The hotel is wonderful. The reservation process from hotels.com absolutely sucks. Reservation & prepayment was not provided to the hotel so it was a pain to check in.

We were glad they were able to give us a room that wasn't on the main street or near the elevators or ice machine. Would have been noisy otherwise, but the staff was accommodating. Very near to ASU and convenient for moving our daughter in to her apartment. Breakfast was mid

Inconsistent customer service. The morning staff seemed bothered by the guests. However, there were two girls at night that were very hospitable, friendly and extremely pleasant.

The only thing missing was bathroom products like makeup remover, and the shower cap didn't have anything. I also disliked the fact that the rooms didn't have carpeting and that they were suites, but there was no grill for cooking food, just a refrigerator and dishwasher.

We did enjoy our stay and it was a very nice place. The only problem I had was the fact that I reserved and paid for a room with a Mountain View, however the only view we had was of the parking lot and pine trees. I was very disappointed to say the least.

Breakfast was very good, except they were out of butter. Bed was comfortable, although what I reserved thru Expedia was a king, but the hotel said that what actually came from Expedia was a queen. They had no kings available when we checked in. My wife and I were none too happy with that outcome.
