Hotel cleanliness, staff and location were great. Parking is terrible for trucks. We were also there for Valentine's and paid a lot for 4 chocolates and a very poor bottle of Prosecco. Add ons were not worth it.

Super great stay at the Groove

Very very good service . Comfortable and clean . Nice pillows with no weird odor ! That is kinda my deal … if a hotel has pillows that don’t smell like 100 guests . All all great stay at the grove . Their fitness area is top notch ! And spa with super knowledgeable massage therapist named Gabrielle. I love the vibe at the Groove . Super great restaurants near by . Soo many choices !

The Grove was a beautiful refuge after a birthday party downtown Boise! They were so thoughtful, a birthday card and a small bottle of wine welcoming my son and girlfriend for the night. The restaurant has amazing food and adult beverages.

The shower was terrible. It was cold and sounded like it was struggling to run because every few minutes this loud motor would start going and the whole shower would shake. The light switch in the entryway shocked me and the light eventually flickered on. When I tried notifying the Grove on their website, it kept giving me an error. They rigged their system to block anything less than 5 stars.

Keeping the rooms too warm. Makes it hard to sleep. It would be nice to have a coffee station or somewhere for quick bites. Bathroom Could've been cleaner. Brown stuff on the floor and scum on ledge of tub.
