Not very happy

The staff was nice but we had trouble with our key cards not wanting to open the rooms. The deadbolt didnt work. The fan in the bathroom was insanely loud, woke everyone up anytime someone got up to use the bathroom. There were no towels in the pool area either time we took the kids to the pool. The "Queen" size beds were full sized at best and the sheets were covered in dog hair. When i asked thendesk clerk for new sheets and blankets he said there are no extra blankets and handed me a stack of linen that consisted of a fitted sheet and 4 pillow cases....i had to go buy sleeping bags to sleep on

It was ok

The hotel was fine and is conveniently located near the airport with a shuttle. The hotel has a nice pool, but the pool area felt dirty and the hot tub is subpar The service was fine. Only thing I had to wait awhile for a concierge when I arrived but he was very nice and had been helping someone in the hotel.

5 issues

1. Had to struggle to secure the two locks on the window as part of the frame was damaged and coming off. 2. Large tear in window screen, large enough for a bird to fly through if one wanted to. 3. Touch up paint in the bathroom was white quite obvious since the walls were beige. 4. Management must have had to pry the door open at one point in the past as there was a hole on the frame of the door and the door was hard to shut. 5. Large group of teenagers in the parking lot smoking weed when we arrived.
