Appreciated hospitality during our stay. Very comfortable. Assistance from staff was excellent, particularly during response when water wasn't hot. Both repairman and maid on duty were very helpful. Thanks to both.

Great stay! Felt a bit odd at first but got acquainted fast and the concierge was very helpful.

Our unit was very clean, modern and well appointed. The lobby and entrance floor was dirty and cluttered with leaves for the duration of our stay(likely only due to the rainy, windy weather that weekend). Great location, secure parking and plenty of restaurants within a short walk. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was mid. There weren’t enough towels and wash clothes. You couldn’t call the front desk because the phone was not connected to the wall. The provided body wash was empty. My daughter had a live roach in her bag the morning we left, and there was red mold in the shower. They had jacked up the prices for UA move in and BID day.

Excellent place to stay with well appointed kitchen and comfortable bed. The swimming pool was the perfect place to cool off on a hot day along with its shaded cabana area. The location is very convenient for visiting Mountain Brook, Crestline Village and shopping.
