Don't waste your money like I did!

Front desk gal at check in was super sweet & courteous. Hospitality cleaners were kind and offered a smile every morning. However, I was very disappointed in the room(2 bedroom queen). The floor by the bathroom was coming up, wrong move and you can cut your foot in it. The toilet seat had hair behind it-small black(just gross!) The shower pressure was awful. Their was no screen for the window to enjoy the fresh air without bugs coming in. Very outdated room furniture, the dresser and nightstand and desk had plenty wear/tear. The pool was wonderful, the hot tub was "out for maintenance" Sunday. Breakfast was as expected. We had a nuisance of a neighbor who is woke myself, my husband, and my 4 yo up at midnight yelling and cursing. I did report this to the front desk. The next day she reports me for my daughter crying. Walls are paper thing. All together, I would not stay here again. Paid over 300$ to take my kids here for the weekend and wish I would have used my money elsewhere. To the gal working front desk, thank you for being sweet and helpful. To the cleanaing team, thank you for offering a sweet smile in the mornings. To the owners, please consider remodeling. I'd truly appreciate a refund for what I dealt with. I would be happy to change my review if someone reaches me to find a resolution for everything I dealt with. Thanks! mamasuttles93@gmail.com

Place is beautiful nice and clean the staff that was there was two women was very lazy but when they changed shift the lady at night was really nice and helpful then the two days during the day but other than that everything else was great!

Property exterior is unique and welcoming. Interior looks dated. Scent of carpet deodorizer is overwhelming. Next room was playing loud music for over 2 hours. I called the front desk. Phone rang over 20 times with no response. Had to hang up and call again. Someone picked up on the second attempt and was able to sort that out. Key cards don't work very well with pool door or room door. We had to spend a few minutes every time we needed to get into the room, playing around with the door to get it to open. Same challenge with the pool door. Breakfast was decent, but set up requires sharing large banquet tables with other guests, which is not ideal. It was an interesting experience, just not one to be repeated.

I called the day of arrival to let them know I'd be arriving well after check in. They told me no problem and they had noted my reservation. When i arrived, i was told they were overbooked and i no longer had a room there. I had been driving for 10 hrs, super tired, and the hotel they booked for me was 10 min farther from my intended destination. This should have never happened, and if it had to, i should have been notified ahead of time and asked if i had a preference for the new hotel.

Tacky & Outdated!!

Room had a broken bed, broken toilet that would not flush and no way to charge a phone next to the bed. VERY outdated. Also the room keys kept demagnetizing. Would NEVER stay there again VERY tacky decor as well.
