The owner violated my hoops privacy and ada rights. Refused to refund my money even though I didn’t check in or stay a single minute. I will never book them again.

We showed up a little less than an hour before check in. The guy at the desk was friendly. We completed paperwork and we found something to do until after check in. When we entered the room, it seemed nice and had no odors. First thing I noticed was the fire alarm missing from the ceiling. It was in a drawer by the way. Traveling with a toddler as bed time neared she wanted to watch tv but the remote didn’t work. Called the front office and was told to come get batteries which I did. This did not fix the tv so went back and got another remote. I told the young girl at the desk that the tv and remote were not ok the same brand. She gave me the wrong brand remote which didn’t work either. We finally downloaded an app to operate the tv. You could tell the young lady behind the counter could care less. She made a comment about “yeah we’ve been having problems with those lately” When we got ready for bed, NO WASH CLOTHES!! This bothered us but we made it through the night. Even though we asked daily, we only received 2 washcloths 1 of the 3 nights we stayed. There were 4 of us. The last night we were there they only left 3 towels. The towels the did have were in poor shape. The grass had not been mowed recently. There was active wasp nest around the pool area. Oh! And the toilet seat was missing parts and looked like it was 100 years old! Talking with other guests and they said it used to be nice but apparently changed owners recently and they have allowed it to go down hill

Had a wonderful time! Cabin was very clean and had a great amenities! Perfect for our family trip!

Had some business in Broken Bow and stayed at this property. The cabin is wonderful and although there were some minor issues that popped up during the stay, the management team was communicative and resolved it timely and effectively. First class management team.
