The hotel was so amazing for us. Staff was accommodating and helped us immensely. The restaurant for breakfast and the roof top wil keep you coming back. We will try to stay there as much as we can while in Chicago.. Lester and Luis at the restaurants need a bonus. They kept the breakfast crowd well organized.

Perfect location for shopping, beach, and restaurants. Very clean and staff is very friendly… did not disappoint. Everything met the mark and expectations of a Four Seasons.

Cute hotel in great location..make sure to ask for a street side room or your view will be a brick wall and the room will be like a dark cave. 😭

The location is definitely the highlight of Sable. Being right on Navy Pier puts you within walking distance of so many things to do, restaurants, and attractions, while also giving you beautiful views of the lake. Our view was wonderful and really added to the experience. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. While the room wasn’t particularly elaborate, the location and views really make this hotel special. It was also incredibly convenient being able to enjoy Navy Pier and then simply walk back to the hotel without having to drive or worry about parking again. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and had a great time. I would definitely consider staying here again, especially for a Navy Pier staycation or a weekend where you want to enjoy the lakefront and nearby attractions.

Not the worst, just did not enjoy my stay. We tried to call the front desk multiple times, nobody would answer (it was 1am, says staff is available until 4am online). We even went downstairs and no one was available to help us. The shower had a hair in it, just not ideal assuming it would be cleaned before check in.
