The property was centrally located. We paid 2500$ for a 3 night stay which was frightfully expensive. For the 3 days that we were there, housecleaning never showed up. Bathroom was not cleaned and bed was not made for 3 days They charged 5 star rates for a 3 star hotel Very disappointing

The location and the unit was clean. The bathrooms need major upgrades. The shower nozzle was pathetic and it had no pressure. Given what we paid for a night, this unit needs major modernization.

We love the Sandman. We stay there and leave our car every time we fly out. Great place!

The rooms are clean enough the corners in the bathroom and the shower head itself weren’t the cleanest though. The beds are very firm so if you don’t sleep well on firm mattresses be prepared for that.

Great location-nice room. Only complaint is that AC very loud coming on and off

My recent stay at this base camp was a truly pleasant and comfortable experience. The staff members were consistently attentive and ensured that all of my needs were met with grace.

This newly renovated property was absolutely beautiful. The perfect backdrop for my elopement. From the stark beauty of the natural landscape and mountains to the interactive amenities and prime location for hiking trails and walking distance from the Banff Gondola, which opens your eyes up to another level of beauty. The staff were so helpful and lovely and the food was impeccable. 10/10 highly recommend.

Hotel needs some upgrades, but it’s still nice. We had a kitchenette in our room and it was a nice perk to have. Quiet area and well located.
