The cleanliness and the friendly staff, not to forget the well kept rooms

Hands down this was the absolute best place we stayed while we were in Canada celebrating our 50th birthday's together (my husband and I)!!! I would very highly recommend staying here anytime! The views are fantastic, the rooms are so cozy, quaint and very clean. And the staff is great as well. Our room had a cozy little fireplace (even though we didn't need to use it, we loved the idea of it) that would be so romantic to use in the winter months. It was very quiet as well. The running water is straight from a glacier. No issue at all with getting cold or hot water instantly. Breakfast items are free for those who stay (one pastry or yogurt parfait per person), along with free coffee and/or tea. You can purchase to go lunches there for your hiking trips or road trips. We didn't get the chance to buy any, but they looked yummy! We had dinner one night during our stay and it was amazing! There is a fire pit with chairs around it next to the main cabin area where you check in and many people used it. You are supplied with firewood each night (you can purchase more if needed) and you also can get ice for free from them (usually 1/4 - 1/2 bag), which was helpful since there are no fridges in the rooms. We had a cooler with us so that is how we stored our food all week. Definitely worth the money to stay here!

Lovely place to stay away from the bustle of Banff Center but close enough to access the town. Parker's restaurant was excellent. The staff is lovely, rooms spacious and comfortable with stunning views. Gym was good and classes offered. Took a nice yoga class, which was great after loads of hiking. The only glitch was the quality of the food at their Market. While convenient, the food is prepared like Starbucks (but more expensive and not as good) The Market is just not up to the quality of the rest of the place. Nice to grab a beer on their porch though!

The restaurant young female staff were not friendly or helpful or attentive at all. A male server was pretty good. Overall staff could be better trained for professionalism.

The hot tub is helpful fir a long day hike.

Great property. Would stay there again. Quiet roomy condo with lots of cooking amenities, washer/dryer, and views of mountains from the balcony. Access to steam room and hot tub was nice. Easy access to surrounding National Parks and Provincial Parks without all the crowds. Nice downtown area with shops and good restaurants.

Nice clean safe space, the builders across the road respectful of noise, parking great as there is limited free parking, walking distance to shops
