The hotel is pretty tired rooms are basic but were clean, staff were helpful with all the broken things. Breakfast was just continental not like the english breakfast on the pictures. Location is fairly good. Wont be booking again though, for the price you can get premier inn if you book in advance but this was last minute and they were all full.

We booked our stay as a birthday treat after a flying lesson experience at the local airport earlier that day. We arrived and got to our room at 3.45pm to find our room wasn't cleaned, dirty towels and linens on the floor, the bin full but the bed made. The cleaner worked quickly and was very polite, he scrubbed and cleaned and did an excellent job. The heating did not work and neither did the hot water, the shower was also broken. We were offered to switch rooms upon goin out for the evening but we had somewhere to be, we returned after 11pm to find an extra duvet that we had asked for. The Bed was comfortable but due to the cold room and light streaming through the window and door found little sleep. The door even though locked did not close fully and light from the hallway came in throughout the night as did noise. The window did not have curtains but blinds that I would usually expect to see in an office, because of this the light was persistent. Upon informing the staff of the lack of hot water and heat we were told the boiler mustn't be working. The Tv in the room although switched on had sound issues. The room was freshly decorated in white with purple blinds and a lamp, to the eye the room looks nice but due to the lack of heating, hot water to shower and TV not working correctly was not a nice stay. The breakfast was a good selection for continental. I have stayed here before, a few years ago and found it to be pleasant, we will not be returning

Clean room but very small. Leak on radiator which we reported same day of arrival no one came to see. No one came into room to renew coffee or empty bin etc whole time of staying either. Continental breakfast toast cereal, pastries etc. fruit only oranges available, Friendly staff. Cheap and cheerful have stayed in better.

Upon arrival check in was slow. A few drunks hanging around the check in areas not the bar. The hallways smelt heavily if smoke. The fire alarm went off during the night I imagine due to the smokers . Shower power was poor

It started bad and got worse. The room i was in was on the top floor which i asked for a low level. The Tv was broken . I had to move room, on day 2 and on day 3 the shower was only cold water i reports it and not fixed, i was given a 3rd room which the shower still was cold.
