Hampton by Hilton Blackpool

Everything was fantastic, food, cleanliness, staff, the hotel. The lift broke on the first day of our stay. The second lift broke the next day. I have mobility issues and service dogs so i required help to get up and down the stairs. The Hampton by Hilton staff were all fantastic, however their were staff assisting disabled guests staying in the hotel. My son and i had 3 bad encounters with them. They were very rude and unpleasant. I believe they worked for Limitless as thats what their tops said.

Staff were not much helpful. I practically had to beg for them to help microwave my food. Then we requested they change our sheets, they did that only without emptying the bin or washing the toilet. No fridge, Air conditioner had been set to too low, we could barely feel anything and were hot. No internet on Tv, you can only watch local itv stations and listen to radio. No gym unlike the Hampton in York. I was so disappointed. Will try other hotels next time.

The reception staff are very friendly and efficient, but that where it ends. the whole hotel or at least the parts we saw is very grubby, corridor and room carpets are stained, window sill are dusty. The car park is chaos and appears to be permanently full. The breakfast is an absolute free for all with limited or no heathy options, very little fruit and just mounds of fried food. I appreciate this is a personal preference but people are just piling their plates up and leaving loads of it, its just waste !.

It was an average stay and experience at Hilton blackpool wasn't upto the mark. The property was very basic ( not at par with any other hilton hotels that Ive stayed in past) May not recommend it to others

Great hotel choice in Blackpool

WiFi was fine with no issues, food was lovely, drinks a bit overpriced so didn’t buy any. Very clean hotel all over. Reception efficient and spotless. Room was nicely decorated and very clean. Fridge in room was a nice surprise and air con was fantastic. Breakfast was very good too. Overall we had a great stay, felt impressed and that it was excellent value for money. We particularly liked the high standards

It was a good experience staying at Hilton Hampton. However the fact that we had no fridge in our room and the windows didn’t open didn’t help my allergy to dust. Beds were comfortable and breakfast had a good variety.
