I like the location of the property and that it is on the beach. The property needs to be renovated, and mosquito nets placed in bedrooms. I had mosquitoes buzzing in my ear all through the night and morning. I did not sleep well the entire time I was at the hotel. The doors are not sealed so it's easy for mosquitoes to come in and out of the rooms. I did like the food prepared for breakfast. However, it took a longtime to get the food. The waitress was not prompt and customer friendly. On Sunday the waitress was not there, and the cook was prompt and customer friendly. The staff need better time management when preparing the food especially when I put my order in the day before.

I understand the property has been sold and is on need of a llot update but they are trying just was very unhappy threeday no water a little bit of water here and there but I was able to go shower by my family but what if we did have family members near by.

This trip was the most life-changing experience! I truly enjoyed the amazing people that I've had the opportunity to encounter. The sense of peace that I felt there is unmatched. I remember and miss the beautiful sunsets and long walks on the beach. The ability to get lost in the moment. Thank you, Jamaica! The surroundings allowed me the opportunity to dream in a stress-free environment.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. Great location in Black River on the beach. The place was easy to find, safe, and clean. The beds were very comfy, cool AC, and had great wifi. I highly recommend staying here and will stay again in the future

There was a point the whole property was dark without any staff present. Seemed like we were the only ones staying. Felt very unsafe and vulnerable at that time!

The highlight for me was the direct access to the beach, which made it so convenient to enjoy the ocean anytime. The seafood was outstanding fresh, flavourful, and expertly prepared. Every meal felt like a treat! If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway that doesn’t break the bank, Indigo Beach Resort is a fantastic choice. I’ll definitely be returning!

We loved this property! the location was so peaceful and serene by the water. The rooms where very clean and well equipped, the staff were really friendly and helpful and made sure we were comfortable. The restaurant was nice and we enjoyed iur Jamaican breakfast by the water. Would definitely come and stay again on our next trip.

The staff were lovy on arrival. The room nice, spacey and comfortable. Just take mozzy spray. Location wise, absolutly perfect. On a small beach, we had it to ourselves except for the fishermen, was great watching them bring in their nets and see the catch. Sunset was amazing. Breakfast was really good, we went for jamaican, salt fish and callaloo, really tasty. I will definitely be returning next time im.in jamaica. Highly recomended.
