Arrived at the residence and was greeted by one of the staff who showed us to the apartment and how things worked, including the security and aircon. Very helpful and also gave us some insight into China, which helped us a lot. The property is well maintained and very safe. It is very conveniently located for public transportation and shopping. DiDi drivers had no problem finding our place and the security staff were always very cheerful and helpful. I would highly recommend this residence for a stay in China and it was particularly great to “live in the local neighbourhood” rather than in a tourist trap hotel. The people here are so friendly and welcoming. We will be back

Everything was fine- room was nice however your ears pop a little going up the lift but the breakfast didn’t have much of a selection, the pool was closed, the health centre was closed, no room service despite all of the above being promised.

Location is prime, endless food and bubble tean options within 5 mins walk around the hotel. Nanjing square just across the street… Its close to everywhere including train station to Pudong side and airport. Breakfast with decent considering the price. King size bed is extremely huge, more like a XL King size and so comfy. The only negative thing is we sometime find unpleasant smell in hallway area and the extremely loud toilette flush.

Room was very small. Air conditioning did not work well. Room was very warm. Loud construction every morning woke us up.

Perfect place for that price. Staff super friendly. Cleaning everyday. Very satisfied.
