Pleasant stay

An older hotel but very clean with some nice updates. Breakfast was decent, what was offered seemed freshly made. The one piece fiberglass shower sloped towards the drain, (which it should), the floor became SUPER slippery once wet and even wirse when you add shampoo and soap, I would recommend putting some type of grip mat/water proof tape down. The staff was amazing and we would definitely stay again

It was very dirty! It felt like the bedding hadn't been changed after previous guests. I have photos. There was hair that wasn't ours, dirty bedding, and it was torn. The toilet was clogged. The air conditioner was set to the lowest temperature. It was very cold when we arrived at night to rest; we had to wait for the room to warm up!

Good not great!

The accommodations were appropriate for what they charged for their service. Booking a room through Hotels.com has repeatedly guaranteed me to get one of the worst rooms the hotel has to offer. If I ask for something specific, they will not accommodate me as was this stay.
