This property is a shining example of what a 5 star hotel should strive to be. The staff is friendly and helpful, the amenities are clean, convenient and abundant and the hotel room beds are ultra comfortable. It’s a joy filled feeling every time I pull into the circular drive and see the big, beautiful Ross Bridge hotel.

Overall I'd say this resort was wonderful! Service, great! Cleanliness, great! Location, great! Pool, great! My youngest wanted to do 9 holes (he loves golf but is not a pro by any means) I guess they had no youth options. At 185 a round we could not justify for his level. He was ok with it as the pool was amazing. We stayed at a PGA resort in Florida and they had options that were more justifiable for an inexperienced youth player and dad to go out. Just an observation. Not a deal breaker though for us. Only other thing was the bathroom. It was clean but quite outdated. It was NOT an issue. Just an observation of our room and my families adjoining room. Overall I would 100% stay again!

Hotel and room were beautiful. I didn’t like that no luggage cart was provided. Clubhouse restaurant -waited 45 minutes for table, then food took forever. No splenda for unsweet tea. Severely understaffed. Pool was great. Pool service was fabulous. Golf great. Spa best massage ever. Book LaTrisha-amazing!

It was a quick two night trip, but I didn’t leave the hotel. It was quite nice, with one particularly helpful hostess who seated me though the kitchen had put a hold on further customers. My blood sugar was low and I had travelled all day. She was attentive to my needs, and I appreciated her service.
