Our room hey has to be rekeyed 4 times. Was told pool is working but when we got there they said we could swim if we pay $5,000 if not then pool closed. We stayed there to use the pool had we known it was closed unless you wanted to pay $5,000 we would have stayed somewhere else

Clean room clean hotel. I really appreciate the stay being that I’m a stranded trucker right now away from home. If I ever have to stay in Birmingham again I’ll be staying here for sure.

We enjoyed staying here! It was so clean and smelled amazing as soon as you walked in the hotel. We stayed here on our way to the beach! It was a great location and service was great although I think they need more help at the front desk! We will definitely stay here again!

I did not like anything about this hotel. I was locked out of the room, I was told they had no more rooms.available, another room mysteriously became available, and when we went to move into the room, the room was filthy. I don't know if tgere was a service charge for being a third party provider, but I would like my money refunded. We had to find another hotel to stay in.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and fresh and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on in a hotel. We plan to go back and will definitely stay there again.

It smelled like smoke upon entry into the lobby. One of the elevators does not go to the correct floor when you press the button. The furnishings look outdated. The sheets in my room were stained and the man at the desk did not have anymore so he switched my room. The first room also did not have any batteries in the smoke detector. One of the walls was filthy in the second room. I chose this hotel because it is literally right at the airport, but I would not return again.

You got taken when you remodeled, shoddy work. House keeping didn't line waste baskets, didn't clean fridge, had to use towel for rug. Obviously old covered with a slop of paint ( you'll have water downstairs from the shower). Have to flush twice to work.
