staff was nice and sweet … but the rooms don’t look like the picture , the bathtub had soft spots, and the bleach smell was overpowering later to find out the room had mold and mildew im just getting home and im sick as a dog definitely won’t be coming back the staff was really sweet i wish i could get a portion off my money back for this inconvenience of mold and mildew

The worst hotel

This is the worst hotel. Do not book here. They will cancel your reservation the same day for fake reasons. They said my card was declined but was able to book another more expensive room with it. They are snakes and the rudest people under the sun.

Comfort is real!

We make a trip through Birmingham about four times a year and this was our first stop here. We loved it. Price was affordable and the beds were fantastic! We continued on to our condo at the beach and all week long, these were the best beds! We will stay here again next time we travel through Birmingham! 5Star comfort & price!
