Shame on Hyatt

I encountered rudeness from the staff at check-in, particularly from Jasmine. Additionally, the valet parking staff also exhibited discourteous behavior during checkout. Consequently, I have decided that I will not stay at the Hyatt again in the future.

Good but not fair

We traveled by car from Texas. It was a 10 plus hour trip arrived late checked in no issue over the phone. In room phone did not connect had to go back to front desk to get robes and extra blankets. Upon leaving I asked if they honored triple A and the front desk lady said yes but said you have to get it when booking the reservation which doesn’t seem fair or right. So that wasn’t fair.
