Breakfast was great and Lady was wonderful in the dining room. Room was acceptable but the odor of cleaning products was overpowering. Linens were great. Pillows were terrible. Staff was slow and had trouble understanding family needed to stay on the same floor. All issues were resolved but anyone with hospitality experience would aware of guest needs. Pool is indoors BUT not heated and, ice cold. Fitness room was laughable. Doors propped open at night. Breakfast was ok at best. Room was nice. Beds were decent and the shower was hot. Not the best neighborhood but, seems safe. Was very quiet for the most part. Was ok for the money
