My room smelled horrible. The whole hotel just had a feeling of being unclean. The breakfast was good though

It was clean , quiet and they serve breakfast and the staff was nice .the only thing I didn't like my kids couldn't swim while we were there. They said the pool need to be fixed . That's one reason why we went to a room to get in the pool and it don't have a jacuzzi. But other than that it was fine.

I called a few days before my reservation to request my families rooms be close together. They told me I had to call the same day of the reservation to do have that request. Upon checkin, our rooms were not close at all. I got into my room, and found the decorative trim on the bed was broken. The light started flickering and wouldn’t turn back on, despite plugging it into a new outlet. The ac would not turn off. I requested a new room and was moved with no problems. The new room was fine, nothing really wrong, but it could use some general maintenance. Breakfast was good, spent a lot of time in the breakfast lounge with family.

Good stay, but pool closed.

The stay was nice, quiet and clean. The only disappointment was the indoor pool was closed. Now i know to call before i make a reservation to make sure it's in operation.

The sink had a massive hole in it and dumped water all over the floor. They moved us into a different room and there was crumbs and used Q-tips on the floor. It didn’t look like they’d cleaned other than changing the sheets. The bathroom floor was also tacky. This is the first hotel I’ve stayed in where I felt the need to check the mattress to make sure there wasn’t signs of bedbugs before sitting down on it. The lady at the front desk was nice, that was the only good thing about the whole place.
