The hotel was close to I-81, and room was very comfortable. What I did find that was poor were the narrow, small elevators. I could hardly get the cart into the elevator. The door would also close very quickly not allowing much time for people to safely get on or get off.

We stayed at a motel 6 the night before. By contrast- theirs was hell and yours was heaven. We were taking my daughter from Illinois to Massachusetts and driving a terrible amount of hours. Your hotel was clean and nice and so peaceful. The breakfast was great too. Thank you for saving us with the sleep we all needed.

Property is tired and the owners are doing nothing to improve it. For $170 a night I was not happy. We got in late and by the time I unpacked and got into bed I found out that the AC was not working . Instead of asking to change rooms I just toughed it out but frankly if you own a hotel you should know the rooms air conditioners work or not.

Came to Binghamton to drop off daughter for 1st year of collage great location pool was refreshing service was great ,room was clean bed was comfy .had to check out a day early and had no problem that I surprised for not having any hassle.we will be using comfort inn every time we go up every month

Super close to all shopping and dining options. Room was clean and neat. Only there was a brown stain on the mattress cover that was not made by me. I didn’t notice until the last day. Kind of gross but overall stay was good.

The beds were so small that my family had to sleep on the floor. If we would have known that the beds were full size I would rented/reserved another room
