We accidentally clicked booked on this property and we called immediately and asked for a refund cause the app glitched. We was told to send them the new confirmation on the correct hotel. Which we did and they would refund us. We sent. They said they would “approve” but never gave a refund nor never responded back to our emails or never called. Poor customer service on an accident that we couldn’t control.

Check in is at 3pm. Arrived at 4:20pm. 2 people were working on checking guests in. After waiting in line for more than 30 minutes, I was told we had to wait for a room to be inspected before we would know our room number. It was after 5:30pm once we finally got our room. Room was clean. Staff were nice.
