While the hotel is going through a remodel, so i understand a bit of disorganization. The room wasnt the cleanest, in that it hasnt been occupied for a minute so there was dust and a leaky faucet. It was comfortable, though! And the staff were an ABSOLUTE delight. Tyler checked us in, and Ive never had a kinder or more informative desk attendant. He was THE BEST. The lady and gentleman in the moening were just as nice! They really made the stay pleasant.

It’s was ok, not great but better than motel 6. The bed was a bit rough. No black out shades in the room so you will be getting up at sunrise. No cleaning service and I was there for four nights. Staff was friendly tho.

Nice place. The room was nice. The staff were helpful and kind. Breakfast was ok. Very convenient location. There are many places to go out to eat nearby as the hotel is right off the interstate.

The glass elevator is wonderful; it gives the hotel a feeling of bygone grandeur. My son thought the beds were very comfy. The bathroom door got stuck and if someone was in the room alone, they might be trapped. The front desk man didn’t seem too concerned when we told him it should be looked at. The breakfast was cheap but provided decent options.

I’m sure this was once a lovely hotel for convention center attendees. The area is a little concerning, people living in old RVs in the back parking lot. Room clean but stained carpet, older furniture and bathrooms in need of an upgrade. However for a dog friendly hotel for one night, it meets our needs.
