Very nice hotel. Rooms were clean. Beds were very comfortable. Not usually a fan of continental breakfast, but it was well prepared food and kept clean. 10/10 would recommend.

This hotel was perfect. Hot, hot tub, incredible gym, super friendly staff, snd very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast buffet was great and offeered real plates and silverware.. no plastic! Will definitely be looking for more Hyatt stays down the road.

Great place to stay!

Have been traveling for 9 nights and this stop was excellent. Very nice hotel, new, with a great breakfast, lounging areas in lobby and out side areas w fire pit. There is a bar with food items available. Close to other shopping and restaurants. The pool and fitness center were very nice. Definitely the best accommodations we’ve had and the price was good also.

The front staff was amazing!! my grandson was met with a pack & go for his stay at the Hyatt... and every member of the staff was friendly & soo accommodating... it's on my top of my list of the best places to stay in Billings, Montana. Thank you, to the Hyatt staff for making our stay GREAT!!
