Location is strategic. The room is clean. The cleaner Long Chun Lane (龙春兰）from Level 26 made our stay very pleasant. She was very helpful and made sure our room is clean everyday. Thank you for making our stay pleasant. Love the welcome drink. The only thing is the name of the hotel is very confusing as it’s totally different from what I booked in the app. If coming from MRT, it’s difficult to find the entrance to the hotel. Lifts are a bit slow. Hope there will be a clear hotel signage at the lift area. Overall it’s a decent hotel. Thank you all for the warm hospitality!

Great stay at Vienna Hotel! The airport pickup service was smooth and hassle-free. Loved that the nearby mall has an indoor ski slope—such a unique bonus! Front desk staff were friendly and check-in was fast. Room was clean and comfortable. Perfect for business travelers. Highly recommend!

Hotel was close to the airport, the location does have laundry machine which seem to feel like it was on the other side of the building. Had an issue with the AC unit in my original room but guest services was able to move us to a better room. Breakfest was include and some what decent, just don’t expect a 5 star meal. Distance to the nearest subway was about 15 to 20 minutes walking, shuttle drive was nice to drop us off to a near by one.
