These other reviews here must be fake. Calling this property a 5 star hotel is just unrealistic. Notice how they all sound like advertisements for the hotel and were posted within a few days of each other? I’m not saying it was terrible but at best it’s a 2.5-3 start hotel. The woman at the front check in counter did speak well enough for us to check in and arrange my airport shuttle the next day with no problem. The restaurant staff did not speak any English and the menu was in Chinese. I managed to translate the menu with Google Translate and also use it to communicate my order to the waitress. I thought the food at dinner was good, I skipped the breakfast so I couldn’t comment on it. The property has been renovated a bit but it still has some dinginess to it. Mold and rust in the shower. Be clear it also not that close to the airport, definitely not an 8 min walk as they advertised. The shuttle took about 15 min and so did my taxi to the hotel from the airport. On maps it said walking would take nearly 1.5 hours, it is right across the street from the subway but I didn’t feel like messing around with taking the subway.

Absolutely loved my business trip stay! The hotel is immaculately clean, and check-in was lightning-fast—super efficient. The sound insulation is top-notch, so I can work and relax comfortably. The area is lively, with great food and easy access to transportation. Amazing value for money, 10/10 would recommend!

I love this hotel... everything is super smart especially my favourite Xiao Du. I love the shower and the auto toilet bowl... hahahhaha. Hotel is just opposite the Guomao metro station, Exit A. Nice boutique hotel with a square infront of hotel, where local folks dancing there in the evening. Lots of food around the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Laundry operates 24 hours (Panasonic) but please bring your own washing detergent. Breakfast is good. Coffee is good! Bed is comfortable. I will stay in Mien Bias again the next time i visit Shenzhen...
