they didn’t do room service during my stay. also didn’t take the trash. i had to go at night to get towel as they could not send anyone to my room. its not even meeting mariotte standard.

Excellent customer service

Suite was Comfortable and clean. Customer service was excellent. The receptionists were great and they were able to get me in room without any issues although I was early for check-in. I am definitely going back and recommending it to friends and family.

The towels had little hair on it not too much to be considered dirty I just notice everything. Lady who checked me in was extremely pleasant. Breakfast wasn't that great. Could do without. Bed was comfy. Overall stay was great. 8/10 recommend Will be coming back

I had a wonderful experience during my 3 night stay. I was able to bring my dogs and they even had an area outside with bags and a trash can. The in room full kitchen was very helpful and a big money saver on meals. The free breakfast was extensive and had something for everyone, including hot items like eggs and sausage. I had a studio suite and it still felt spacious and was clean.

Great stay! Cute little kitchens in the suites with a little oven, which is what I was looking for to bake Christmas cookies with my godson. Staff was fabulous - very friendly & always helpful.
