Although the room was small, the bathroom was fantastic, the sheets comfortable and overall pretty good. But the lobby, breakfast and staff were A+. Live piano music, excellent bar, lovely spot. Hotel has best possible location in Bergen. Overall - room is 4 out of 5 but hotel gets full 5 out of 5.

I booked the hotel for Christmas week prior to our cruise, and I was very happy with my selection. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally friendly, and the bed was remarkably comfortable.
