Everything was wiped down with some kind of oil or something ruined my brand new socks in 10 minutes. Discussing place no internet no tv nothing worked and had a cracked window this place should be burned down.

I paid for a room ,went in nothing worked, roaches crawling, bed dirty, bathroom nasty, I called the front desk to get back my money, they would not give me my money called the police and they said I have to call cooperate, and it might be a civil case, of course I left the room, did not stay and did not get back My money, Y'all are terrible, but you'll be hearing back from me shortly

The bed was clean but the comforter has holes in it. The floor was filthy, under the rug was gross. I mopped the floor 3 times to grt it clean. Furniture had rips. There were holes in the floorboards. The soffit outside were missing and falling apart. I am surprised the health department allows this place to stay open. Under the bed was unspeakable.

Dirty and cockroaches. Once we saw them we packed our bags back up and slept (or shifted uncomfortably all night) in the car. Spend a little more and get a good night's sleep!

This property shoukd be condemned. I cant believe corporate hasnt stepped in yet. We didnt even stay. We checked in, opened the room looked around and left. That is how bad it was. No refund available so i lost my 120 dollars but lesson learned. Never stay at a red roof inn again.

This place is very trashy! It needs to be tear down! The picture lies to you! Compare to other red roof Inn I’ve stayes before was nicer than this place! Stay away!!!! I regret lost my money for that night.

Nightmare Stay

Had to kill a cockroach within a minute of entering our room. The panel on the AC unit was broken off, missing, and the internal electronics were exposed. The mattress had a thick uncomfortable plastic cover over it I can only assume was to limit the spread of bedbugs. There was a razor that was down the sink but partially exposed because the sink cover was also missing. No hand soap or body soap were provided. We booked from Thursday 7/3 until Sunday 7/6 but checked out Friday 7/4 because of the room’s condition. Apparently we weren’t able to get any refund at all because of a cancellation policy.

We did not like anything. The online photos of the property are inaccurate, likely intentionally false as there is rust, chipped paint, overgrown foliage, room that smells of smoke and urine. The area looks and feels unsafe.

Although the cost was low, it was VERY dirty!!! Bugs in the corners, floor was dirty, bathtub had a dirt ring around it, towels looked dirty, hairdryer and ice bucket were atrocious!!! Front staff at check in not friendly or helpful. I paid extra for a room with a coffee pot and didn’t have one. Just very disappointed overall!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. The entire property was in complete disrepair — the grounds were neglected, overgrown, and dirty, setting the tone for what was to come. The hotel room was truly disgusting. It smelled horrible the moment we walked in — like mildew and something worse. The furniture was old and literally falling apart, and there were visible stains on the sheets, pillows, and even the curtains. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in ages. We didn’t feel comfortable touching anything, let alone sleeping there. It was honestly one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. Avoid at all costs — this place is in no condition to host guests.

The staff upon arrival was not friendly he seemed as if he just waking up. Room smell as if they poured cleaner on the floor and wiped it up the scent was overwhelming I spoke to staff but was told management was not there would be there on Monday so no one never came to remop the floor Toilet wasn’t clean very disappointed in the room

Smelled like cat pee as soon as you enter. Cockroaches dead in the corners and one crawled up the air conditioner unit while we were sleeping. Some type of construction was going on next door with blaring music outside until past 1am. The bathroom walls had holes in the drywall and were dirty. Toilet seat was chipped and falling off.

Check in was nice and easy. Staff was very friendly. Then we went to the room...the ceiling in the outdoor hallway have serious water damage. The stairs had broken bolts that hold them together.The room was dirty. From the floors to the ceiling. The walls had some kind of black residue. You could see the light shining through the edges of the door (no weather seal) so you know bugs can just walk right in ( though thats the one positive thing i can say. I didnt SEE any bugs). The sheets had crumbs inbetween them. How do fresh sheets get crumbs between them? We went to a near by store and bought a cheap set of sheets. The bathroom was just as nasty. There were several vehicals in the parking lot that never moved. Appeared to be abandoned or lived in. Would not recommend.
