Staff were helpful and courteous. The spa was great. The ventilation system was poor, you could smell cigarette smoke all through the hotel even though they have a designated smoking room in the casino.

The minute we walked into the lobby, it smelled like cigarette smoke. The staff that checked us in were friendly but the elevator was filthy. The room, although it seemed clean, was very worn and also smelled funky. We were hungry so we looked at the website that listed several restaurants opening at 4pm but when we got down to the casino, they were all closed (not open Monday-Wednesday). We were booked for 2 nights so that I could go up to Mt Baker to snowboard but it was so bad, and we were so hungry, we took our things and left less than 30 minutes after getting the keys. Yuck!
