I was a little apprehensive that the hotel (and adjacent museum) might be a little gimmicky, but they were not at all. The hotel is beautiful and unique. It has great charm and is in a great location.
The museum is the most well done museum I've been to anywhere in the world. Plan to spend a 4-6 hours there. You won't be disappointed.
Lovely hotel. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Around 25 mins walk into city centre and very convenient for City Airport.
Not many places to eat/drink other than at the hotel.
A lot of modernisation going on in the area so anticipate a better range of restaurants nearby soon.

Lovely hotel and well situated. Had to ask someone to sort out tv out as wasn’t working properly. First day at breakfast wasn’t a good experience as wasn’t asked about my food intolerances but second day was much improved!
The hotel decor is absolutely incredible. It really does feel like walking back in time to the early 20th century.
The main bar and dining area is a wonderful room with big windows allowing plenty of natural light in. The fish and chips on offer in the main dining area was very good, I would definitely recommend that.
In terms of negatives - the TV in our room didn't work, neither did the phone.
Also, the breakfast at £19 per person represents extremely poor value for money. At that price, I think it's reasonable to expect a breakfast to be cooked fresh and to order rather than the buffet hot plate that is on offer.
We had a fantastic stay at Ross at Receiption was really friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to get us a booking at the restaurant even though fully booked. Highly recommend this hotel so much history and a working museum we will be back again!
I honestly don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a better hotel. Our room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable I slept like a log. The service was outstanding. Vegetarian breakfast was delicious. The cocktail bar is a great venue - I could have watched the bar staff making cocktails all night. Staff on reception were friendly and helpful. Last but definitely not least, William the concierge is an absolute rock star.
We enjoyed it so much we’ve already booked to go back again next year
Lovely hotel with a but if history. Only 10 mins in a taxi from the George Best City airport. Friendly and helpful staff. Wide choice of things for the continental breakfast for a good price. Couple of issues with the room which were wuickly rectified. About a 20min walk into the city centre, alongside the river which was nice.
This was the most amazing hotel! It is absolutely beautiful. The theming and decor and right in point. We loved wandering the hotel looking at all of the photos and artifacts and really feeling immersed in the history of the hotel. The staff was so friendly and helpful. This stay was more than we could have hoped for and we wish we could have stayed more than 2 nights. We will definitely stay here again when we can make it back to Belfast. If I were going to nit pick, the only things that possibly could have been better was there is no on site parking and the shower was kind of small, but that’s only if I’m being super picky. Parking was not too far and was a reasonable rate and the bathroom was so beautiful that the smaller shower was really fine.
The staff was incredible. The suite was beautiful and we were provided with robes and slippers, and candies on our pillows. Fruit and mineral water waiting on the table.

Ok
The hotel nice and a convenient location for the museum. The down side was the mattress on the bed was lumpy and was too soft and uncomfortable. The lighting was very dim. The bar and food was very nice.
Close to the the titanic area, excellent position, the area does need more eating options, though, quite an expensive area, a pint of magners cider was 7pounds,and food was very expensive, also, taxi from BHD to hotel, 10 minus drive 13 pounds, but a great time
Our stay in the Titanic Hotel was absolutely amazing. It was a short break to celebrate my husband’s 70th. Everything in the hote was perfect, all of the staff were lovely and they couldn’t do enough for us. We would definitely stay again and would recommend to everyone.
I’d love to rave about this hotel, I loved the location next to the Titanic Museum, I love the design and the fact that it was in the old white star offices… Also the dinner was very good, and the breakfast buffet was adequate and seemed reasonably good value. However, the hotel tried to charge me twice for my room and then have me come back to try and charge me twice for breakfast which took time out of my one-day stay in Belfast and was very frustrating. It’s a shame they’ve let themselves down.
Lovely hotel, bar area is wonderful, we upgraded our room but was disappointed how small it was and not as advertised but walkable into the city and beautiful hotel
