Clean rooms and great staff

Overall the ocean was beautiful, the staff kept the hotel and outside clean and were incredibly personable and helpful. However, we had several issues: had to change rooms due to outlets not working, then out AC stopped working, and it sometimes felt like a carnival cruise behavior all over the pool area, we even had to call the front desk at 4am due to drunk guests that were screaming and running up and down the hallways. Also, my husband fell ill and they would not accommodate a later check out for more than an hour, forcing him to lie on a couch in the lobby.

Beautiful location, amenities and staff

The lasagna at the Pizzeria was fantastic, the landscape is absolutely beautiful, the staff was helpful and the welcome cookies are to die for.

Very spacious for our family of 5. Full kitchen help us save a lot of money on breakfast.

The property was impeccable and the staff excellent in every way. Very helpful and always happy and friendly. A top rating is truly what this property deserves world class . It was a pleasure playing at the Baths at the Colonade every day !! We will be back , Ricardo

Harborside at Atlantis. The resort was beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. Our only negative experience was check-in. Unfortunately, our room wasn’t ready at check-in and we had to wait two hours before we were able to check in, which was disappointing after traveling. Aside from the delayed check-in, we really enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful experience overall.

Very well appointed condo. Views are incredible. Beach area is small but lovely. Infinity pool was great and perfectly heated. Wonderful pickleball and paddle court that’s surrounded by beautiful foliage and open 24hrs. Staff was helpful and accommodating of our needs for a late checkout.
