Initial room smelled like sewage so had to move rooms. Lady at front didn’t apologize when I went to desk to swap keys - just handed them to me. Lights in lamp flickered because they put non-dimmable lights in dimmable lamp. Heater worked but was a combo of cold and warm air coming out. Breakfast was great.

The common areas as well as our rooms were clean. Hotel staff friendly and welcoming. Breakfast had a good variety and food was hot. The pancake machine was fun to watch and the pancakes fluffy. We will stay again.

Urine stains on the bathroom floor. No hot water for tea in the Lobby. Only one employee at the front desk. Asked to refill but never did. No micro wave in the rooms. We could have made our own tea in the room like we did at Hampton. We will never stay at Tru. Hilton again.

Loved our stay at Tru Hilton

Lots of choices for breakfast. Although it would have been nice to have cinnamon rolls as other hotels do, lol. The room was very clean and comfortable. Loved the modern look and the was impressed with the relaxation area in the lobby where you could play pool or play board games or just sit and relax on the many seating options.

I had never stayed at a Tru hotel before this and it was excellent in terms of comfort, better than expected breakfast options. Beautiful location. Would highly recommend and stay here again!!
