This was my first time staying at a microtel and I'm fairly certain that it was my last. It wasn't all bad. We arived late.the check in went smoothly. The elevator was out of order. So the night attendant was very helpful and carried our luggage to our room onthe 2nd floor.

Beds were comfortable. Fan in bathroom very loud. Mold in shower. Jets in hot tub not working correctly. Swimming pool has paint coming off bottom and tiles coming off wall. Convenient to many good restaurants. Walkable to the Cracker Barrel. Breakfast was good. Make your own waffles, sausage on biscuits and lots of cereal options

The room was quiet and clean. Smallish room, but very well designed to make the most of the space. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast was good, if a little limited (would have liked protein, like eggs. The sausage in a bun wasn't the best). We will stay again.

Andrea was wonderful with my son. My son has a hard time sleeping at night, so he stayed up talking with her at length. So kind of her to do so. He really enjoyed her company!

Liked the pool & hot tub. Front desk staff was friendly & helpful & was cleaning the lobby every time we saw her (taking out trash even in the rain, mopping the floor etc.). Everything else seemed clean in the facility other than our sheets, which had blood stains on both beds.
