We enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean, beds comfy, staff was professional, friendly, and responsive. The building needs some updating and maintenance to keep the brand standard. We were disappointed the pool was closed for the season.

Stayed for 03 nights with no maid service or restocking. Breakfast was more expensive than McDonalds=sad. Staff very unfriendly and could have cared less about me, shouldn’t they than me when I check out/not me to them, wasn’t I the reason they have a job. How can you list the pool as an amenity and it was closed for the season. You don’t have lifeguards so what difference does it make what season it is, by the was the first week in October is still swimming weather. Walls way to thin, when you hear the person laughing it’s way to thin. I will never ever stay at any Hilton property again. I will happily sleep in my car first. Better service and respect.

Good Stay

The hotel is a bit older and could use some updates. That said, the room was clean, the AC worked well, there were free toiletries like shampoo, and plenty of working outlets. I would’ve appreciated thicker pillows and a shower/tub combo. On the positive side, Kirsten at the front desk and Kristi in the breakfast area were both super friendly and are definitely an asset to this hotel.

We went for our son’s graduation from bootcamp and the smell was atrocious. I booked several rooms for family and friends and it was not a pleasant stay.

The employees did not notify us of payment on self parking at check-in. All of them were very unfriendly weren’t help at all very unaccommodating. The whole staff should be fired. My dad ran a retail store and if they had acted like that there they’d been sent walking. Beds are TERRIBLE. Hard and we could hardly sleep. 😡

Expected better from a Hilton

We were surprised that for a bit over $150 for the night, no breakfast was provided. Only coffee. Plus we had to provide a credit card for a "key deposit" of $20. When we checked out we were told it was for incidentals. More training needed?
